More research than you can shake a stick at! (and it all paid off gloriously)

9/25/2016

The tour is done!  It was a ton of fun, and we talked with a whole bunch of people.
I want to thank everyone that took the time to visit on that day, and especially those that asked questions!  I can't tell you how much I enjoyed sharing what we have, and continue, to learn.

I also wanted to share some of the phenomenal work LiLu Interiors did for us in selecting a variety of items, designing the spaces, and organizing the delivery and installation of the products.
The research is was only a small piece of what they did, but incredibly detailed and done in depth.  I NEVER could have done this on my own, so many thanks to them!

Below are images of the placards LiLu had printed out and placed throughout the house.  I am showing all at full size for ease of reading.  You may want to maximize the size of your browser or even increase the zoom if it is still too small.
Next to some of them I added a small picture showing an example of the product in our house.

First comes the floor tile used throughout the main floor except the kitchen...

This is just a sample of the research LiLu did for us.  There were many other products as well as many choices about the layout and design of the house, furniture and fabrics.
While this was a daunting task, just due to the sheer volume of choices, they also always kept in mind our 'style' and desires.  Every step of the way they kept us involved and let us decide which concepts we liked or didn't.
